It’s interesting, the knee jerk reaction is to say it’s so bad but in certain parts of where I live this kind of thing funds wildlife research and protection. Some Rhino programs are funded in part from hunting. As long as the animals are shot and killed instantly then their lives are better than some cattle. It’s a sensitive topic.
Also many communities benefit from a culled animal as this will feed the village for a long time.

Yes absolutely. I have no idea how at this stage but I can see it’s needed. From financing to production and especially food, water, power.
I do hope so, it’s so disheartening to listen to this utter propaganda about how bad some companies are and how “good” others are and not once to hear about the evils of renewables and how they are also ravaging communities and the earth. Would love for more people to see the truth.

Given the huge push towards this climate stuff and particularly around how banks are being forced to only finance “green” or “carbon neutral” companies and how they have to force their clients to conform…. I was thinking that alternative finance solutions are an area of growth within our space because this climate stuff is about disempowering people and impoverishment.
Of course I am no expert, just realising that it’s something that needs to happen especially when the banks say no to industry, businesses etc because they won’t conform.

I have to admit that today I am very concerned. It’s been two weeks of “indoctrination” in my job. The climate BS is terrifying and the way people accept this imperative as fact makes me despair 😞
How the focus on carbon is held to be the absolute rather than real problems like plastic waste makes me want to throw up 🤮
How most people cannot see that this is a one way road to impoverishment also blows me away. Although why I am surprised is also silly, I should know better.
