It occurred to me this morning that we need to be careful about the lies we allow to become gospel…. The unintended consequences are enormous…
In the 50s/60s a fizzy drink manufacturer paid scientists to find that fat made you fat and sugar was good for you…. A blatant fabrication and the results were manipulated to prove the hypothesis.
We now have whole industries still creating non-stick pans to “reduce fat” for “your health” but that have a whole ugly underbelly of chemicals that stay in your body and the environment forever..
