Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday. For me, it’s all memories of family, good food, falling asleep while watching football with an overly full belly, lively and sometimes intense discussions, and it’s nearly entirely devoid of the consumerism panic of Christmas.
A few things I’m really thankful for this lap around:
- Nostr & Bitcoin. The degree to which I feel like I’ve found my tribe over the last year cannot be overstated. Thanks nostr:npub1l2vyh47mk2p0qlsku7hg0vn29faehy9hy34ygaclpn66ukqp3afqutajft for confirming I wasn’t crazy (or at least that we’re both crazy 😅)
- Freedom tech. Obviously Nostr & Bitcoin are in this category but more broadly, I’m grateful that there are people who care about building a more free future and are willing to fight for it.
