They could just add more decimal places to add divisibility but also, not inflate the current supply... When dealing with physical notes and coins, that's a monumental task. But with a purely digital currency, it's just a few lines of code.
Where is it all stored? Nostr relays are going to have to scale pretty fast to keep up with all of it.
It's probably more of a 2 of 3 multi sig kind of thing. If the third signature is someone else involved in the project in a different level of the 'natural resocurce to consumer product' chain. For example: saw mills and lumber yards can have, the loggers or, a builder hold the third key. Some one qualified, with a vested interest in quality.
