I see what you did there. With he time stamp on the bottom. I had the idea, last night, for me to build houses using 'smart contracts' for escrow accounts (coming soon to a L2 near you) we can just use the block height as a time stamp. Taproot makes them possible, on the main chain.
An L2 would be preferable, however. There's no need to clog the main chain with all this. Not all contracts are subject to public disclosure.
