Stellt euch auf einige Neulinge ein und versucht, ihnen den Umstieg so leicht wie möglich zu machen.
Erklärt ihnen, dass
- es keinen Algorithmus gibt,
- man mindestens 100-200 Leuten folgen sollte, um überhaupt spürbare Updates im feed zu sehen,
- es für's zappen eine Lightningadresse mit einem @ braucht, (z.B. WoS)
Verlinkt zur Not Tutorials zum Kauf von Bitcoin usw...

Vielen Accounts zu folgen ist sehr wichtig auf Nostr. Es gibt keinen Algorithmus, der dir wie auf twitter tweets vorschlägt.
Du bekommst nur Notes von Leuten angezeigt, denen du folgst. Wenn deine 20 gefolgten Leute einen halben Tag lang nichts schreiben, bleibt dein Feed leer.
Folge 200-300 Leuten, um immer mal wieder aktuelle Nachrichten zu bekommen. Dafür würde ich, wie gesagt, einfach mal die Followerlisten von anderen "durchklicken" und vielen Accounts folgen. Diese Listen kannst du auf den Profilen von anderen Nutzern finden.

Die verstecken sich noch ein bisschen, weil die meisten Feeds zum größten Teil in Englisch daherkommen.
Aber ich vermute, es wird sich bald ändern. Du kannst dich mit der deutschen Community verbinden, wenn du zum Beispiel die Follower durchklickst von Profilen wie #[2] , #[3] , #[4] , #[5] oder #[6] .
Wenn du deren Followern folgst, bist du mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit Leute aus dem DACH Raum gefolgt.

Ich wollte einen Mix aus deutschen und eher internationalen Relays zusammenstellen, der durch das wine Relay Eunice Redundanzen erzeugt. Falls also Mal der eine oder andere Relay ausfällt, können andere einspringen... So zumindest der Plan. 🤷🏻♀️ Finde es läuft gut!
Von den öffentlichen Relays beziehe ich nur den Home feed, also notes von Accounts, denen ich folge. Beim Einundzwanzig- und cerca-Relay zusätzlich auch PNs, solange es dort noch keinen Spam gibt.
Gruppen und Worldfeed nur von bezahlten Relays.

I saved 16,87€ by PV mining last month with old and inefficient S9 miners. How the fuck is that possible!?
Let’s have a look at my mining rewards of the last month. February 2023. Numbers!
February’s weather was surprisingly nice. After all it’s a winter month, one of the 4 worst months for PV power production in the northern hemisphere.
Averages per month:
⚡️ 3,3TH/s hashrate
⚡️ 273W power consumption.
Averages per day:
⚡️ 6,5 kWh per day, which were used to heat my livingroom
⚡️1011 Sats per day (or 0,00001011 BTC)
Cost:
⚡️195 kWh Power consumption by 2xS9 miners
⚡️ „price“ of 1kWh of my own solar power is 0,067€ (as I could sell it for that price to the grid, if I wouldn't consume it myself) - that’s 13,13€ total.
⚡️0,00030317 BTC earned in total. ~6,60€ (at 22.000€ per BTC)
⚡️That‘s a loss of 13,13€ - 6,60€ = 6,53€ right?
WRONG! Because I also had to buy 195 kWh of natural gas LESS to heat my living room!
⚡️gas price is 0,12€ per kWh atm (german issues…). So I saved 23,40€ in heating cost while mining.
🧮 SO IN TOTAL, mining saved me 23,40€ - 6,53€ = 16,87€ in February 2023.
And that’s so fucking cool… ⚡️💜🧡🔥
And as a side effect I also:
🧡 helped securing the finality of BTC transactions and
🧡 stole some rewards from C02 emitting miners and
🧡 raised the percentage of green mining. It's around 53% atm! Have a look at #[0] 's latest notes…
