Day 0. Today I begin a 21-day water fast with my wife. No food. Just water, breath, and prayer.
Fasting is how we pray with our bodies.
Every hunger pang is a chance to listen. Every moment of stillness is a portal.
The fast is a portal. To stillness. To clarity. To sovereignty. To remembering how little you need to return to wholeness.
