Got called into work, like last minute as in could I cover a shift because someone was going home sick. I'm debating if I should put on a uniform or not.
Went to a local meat market today for the first time. The customer service was so bad I can't see why they're still open. I won't be back.

Had a conversation with my dad about how tariffs are ruining manufacturing in the US rather than bringing it back. He agrees. Then claims that the guy who murdered those lawmakers was a Democrat and how they all need to be locked up.
I owned a house from 2012 to 2024. I used money from the sale to pay off all my debt. I now "rent" my dad's house. I say "rent" because I'm paying utilities and upkeep but don't pay him monthly to live here. He lives rent free in his mom's house. I still get phone calls asking if I want to sell it.
I've been having hot flashes several times a day and night for a couple of weeks. Googled how much longer will this last... 5 to 7 years. 💀

Dad's surgery was successful but they aren't letting him leave the hospital yet.
My dad is a terrible patient. He just jokes around with the staff. I need him to take this a bit more seriously. Not to mention when the doctors ask him previous medical history questions, he lies.
Sitting in the hospital with my dad to get his gall bladder removed. He got an infection from it, he'll feel better without it.
I'm watching Russ mow the lawn with our little urban battery operated mower. We have an acre now to mow, when before it was a quarter acre. Our riding mower is shot.
Well I can't count cross stitch either. I'm not frogging it either. So I fell down the stairs. I admit I'm clumsy. There may have been some booze involved. I'm okay, just bruised.
