The sign showed ‘End Freeway.’ On the 2 lane blacktop we wound up over the hills & down into a valley of vineyards & ramshackle barns. Eventually a dirt road took us through redwoods & we reached the coast. Finally in #Mendocino and a narrow path lead to the Pacific. 
After nine years involvement in #Bitcoin I’ve finally arrived at the realization that the fundamentals of sound, digitally native money are just too deep for some people to comprehend. They will only come to #BTC when there are no other viable options. 
I’m not here to tell you you must use #bitcoin . I’m not ‘selling’ bitcoin. I’m not even a bitcoin evangelist. I’m simply letting people (who are noticing the ship is taking on water) know that there’s a lifeboat. 
I just woke up. What time zone did we change to overnight? 
Sometimes I feel like I’m hiding from a man-made world that’s expanding in all directions too fast. I don’t need much; my books, nutritious food, good friends, fresh water, the natural world, freedom of choice and enough #bitcoin to keep the debt collectors away.

There’s a profound idea about money, what we use to transact and how that affects society.

Money matters and currency isn’t money.
