Bitcoin blends economics, game theory, computer science, physics, cryptography and philosophy into a digitally scarce asset that is linked to the physical world of atoms that anyone can hold without seeking permission from anyone else. 
As the #bitcoin exchange rate hovers around $60,000 per coin it’s time for #Mendocino to think about it as a viable money and local currency for our community.
Meanwhile the dollars we all struggle to earn continue to lose value at the rate of inflation.
