I found our cat here this morning, where he apparently slept last night, and took this photo. #Caturday

Thanks to the nostr:npub1ujxvc79rsap3sujp896c9w7wccu4gwg9a2jlt87cjgjp7rk4x2mqv7gj3w demand letter, I'm happy to say that I'm getting a replacement for a discontinued product, two years outside of the company's warranty because it developed a health and safety issue (swollen battery) which is covered by the non-waivable implicit warranties under MA law (where I was living at the time) for at least 5 years. Sometimes, law works. Thanks, Paul! https://mastodon.lawprofs.org/@coreyrayburnyung/110741978099211070
Law Prof Jonathan Turley continues to be dishonest and disingenuous in his statements about the most recent Trump indictment. He contends that the government charged Trump with making "knowingly false statements," which is (knowingly) false statement by Turley. The phrase appears 5 times in the indictment. Each time, it is part of the description of facts. The federal false statements law is 18 U.S.C. ยง 1001, notably not in the indictment. The free speech argument is legally frivolous.
