Trying to decide what city to visit in the fall;

My general criteria:

* cool weather

* walkable, or good public transit

* interesting things to see/do

* fun people to be shiny with.

I'm currently working on my personal website, but this is the first time I've ever worked on a NSFW site. Does anyone have links to best practices for age gating/warning/asking for consent to show spicy images? I'd like to avoid using cookies too!
