I'm glad some one has called this out. If Joe has one flaw it's he thinks the rest of the world looks at itself the same way we do.
It dosen't.
Utopian thinking we only get you so far.
Then it will get you killed.
Joe is always a little bit behind but he usually gets there.
I haven’t I just thought it was such a beautiful plant but I never looked into its uses. I’ll try it but I bet it’s best in the spring when fresh.
I didn’t know you can eat it. There is some dnr land between my property and the next that is filled with it. It is a beautiful plant.
I jacked my back weed whacking, raw cacao has helped more than anything with pain relief

9 months clean 🤣
They look good. I like mine more brown.
My soil is sand/rock. In one year not too much of a difference. But I really noticed my soil structure improving each year after that. It now is starting to hold together. My inputs are also declining every year. Warning, if the soil is super low infertility it can be even hard to get a cover crop going. I think especially with sand bio char aids this whole process, if you have the material to create it.
Any recommendations for forb heavy cover crop mixes? Looking to cover about a tenth of an acre. Thinking about using cool season soil builder from greencover.com
