These are the steps I did.
-Get a free alby account/wallet.
-on a desktop browser, install the alby add on. Link above has a link to their add on depending on browser choice. I went with Firefox.
-After extension installed, log into it with alby credentials. You can now use it like a web wallet.
-from that browser go to the alby nostr connect page (https://nwc.getalby.com/)
Create a new connection.
Keep that page open and go to another tab/page and open ZapplePay (https://www.zapplepay.com)
Fill your npub, trigger emoji, and the nwc connection string from the other page. Set your payment amount for zaps.
Saved , make sure you have some sats in the alby wallet and then just trigger a payment with whatever reaction emoji you set. I left the default for Damus so I can just hit the reaction on notes.
Switched to alby. Got it working.
It’s supposed to allow zapping of notes by watching for a trigger.
I’m trying to set it up so I can zap notes from #damus but I’m having no luck. Sorry about that.
