Hindsight is always 20/20. If you have good interest rates, class A / B properties with good management in place, and in a growing market, using RE positive cash flow to buy bitcoin is a hack most ppl don’t have.

Chase only deposits 1/3, needs verification from sending banking institution showing sufficient funds

Wait 3 business days

Wednesday or Thursday remaining funds settled into chase bank account
