This was the final cooked dinner: duck legs with herbs and orange sauce plus a nice fresh salad. The legs turned out okay but I’ll improve on them next time.

Oh, yeah, whole roasted duck is one of our favs, minus all the fat that you collect. Well, I guess it can be reused for frying.

Not bad but definitely room for improvement. I was too rushed, it was too late. You should really cook them slower and longer to get them tender. Next time. The herbs and resulting gravy was really good though.
Oooh, an entrepreneur. Hmm, if you lived closer we might have had a deal.
