They’re so predictable at this point. You just can’t make it up. My cousin calls me Nostradamus.
Me: No. I just read a lot of things about a variety of topics. Current events and past events. Furthermore, traveling has opened my eyes and ears. I get more information by having conversations with locals. It worth it to be friendly.
Optics. Illusions. Distractions.
When you know history of cycles, it’s sometimes easy to predict the next phase. Do things really happen by happenstance or is it simply part of the cycle?
If people have read many books about the rise and fall of empires, then Ray’s words wouldn’t be far fetched. Furthermore, if people were knowledgeable of geopolitics, globalization, world economics, and history, then you wouldn’t be shocked that we’re picking this fight with China over tariffs. More importantly, the right person was “let” back in power to “fight.”
Knowledge is power. Those with the knowledge have the power.

Being able to upload pdfs of written examples and applications would be nice.
One reason why my students succeed in my class is because I show real world applications of the content. Y’all have no idea how hard it is to teach a subject that most people dislike or hate but get them to succeed and pass. It’s like pulling shark teeth and trying to sell water to a whale.
I like using real examples and not made up ones for teaching. I’m very observant. The more examples I see, the better my classes are. I don’t really like using hypothetical scenarios.
