And at no time am I defending Russia or China because both governments are totally tyrannical, but you have to put it in context to understand that the United States is equal or worse than them.

When I said that Nostr allows us to be our own algorithms, it wasn't a meme. What I meant was that we have to do the work, we have to curate our feeds, we have to engage with our followers and our fellow Nostriches. Nostr is only going to be as good as you make it. Nostr has no algorithms to bring content forward. The algorithm is our Proof-of-Work.

I like looking around on #nostr because it’s a different conversation and although I don’t fully understand what everyone is talking about at least it isn’t the same, predictable, insufferable conversation.

Bitcoin and nostr are cool but we got to reach to other groups as well for nostr to really blast off. 🚀
