Interesting concept, but I tried everything I can to get it to send from the liquid balance and it stubbornly refused - kept saying “cannot make payment”. I don’t really want to risk getting any more sats stuck in there trying to get a channel open. Clearly a work in progress, there may be some potential but it’s not there yet.

I grasp exactly what's going on, and it still blows my mind. I'm old enough to remember going online for the first time - this is as big of a paradigm shift as that day was. I knew back then that the world would never be the same, and now I get to experience yet another pivotal moment in world history.
When I have great-grandchildren I'll be able to tell them that I remember the world before the internet interconnected the entire world and before Bitcoin triggered the "great decentralization"
