The New York shores are highly regulated by the Environmental sector & sharks are reproducing at a rate so high that humans can't even swim on the beaches. I've been swimming these oceans for decades, what about you?

The sharks are currently overproducing & global climate change is causing them to reproductive at rapid rates along the Atlantic Ocean shores & attack human beings.
Fishing boats have licenses, so it's not like tons of people are going into the ocean & killing shark populations.
It's a highly regulatory fishing job with lots of details in volved, ya' dig.

Summer 2023 is proving to be the most exciting summer of them all: I 1) jumped in front of a car to save someone's life (again) & 2) got a gig fishing wild Atlantic shark meat.
