I just want to let you know, when I was scruffling with the police officers, I was doing everything I can NOT to get shot. Their hands were on their guns. This is amazing advice.
Do you want to know the real reason why I was "red flagged" to raise attention by the NYPD? It was the fact that I am a witness/victim in a multiple-lethal gas poisoning case (Carbon Monoxide gas leaks & explosions).
the NYPD system flagged me as POI (point of interest)& instead, officers decided to beat me, & attempt to incarcerate me. A victim who has been complying with the government to prosecute slumlord who endanger the lives of New Yorkers by violating DOB laws that protect the lives of the public.
