I generally don't suck dick but when working with Indians you have to be careful not to hurt their pride. They take being in a position above you very seriously. And sometimes I have to allow dumb shit to happen and be quiet for the sake of their feelings. Or express it in a way that doesn't make them look dumb. Black women struggle adapting do that kinda culture the most tbh.
That's mostly a problem in IT though.
As far as quitting yes. I would begin looking for another job. Quit quitting is fine. Just do the minimum required not to get fired and look for opportunities else where until your chances of success increases. That's what I have done in that situation.
Someone got premoted over me when I did all the work and brought in a extra 250k of contracts. All he did was sit there. But he was from the same college and fraternity as the manager.
I waited. I got on another project, quickly got premoted by the customer to manage the whole thing and then when they needed me the most I gave a three days notice.
It probably cost my company like 2 million dollars. When they were really struggling. They actually went out of business the next year or so.
On background checks they can't even be called anymore. There is no one left lol. I like to think it was a little bit my fault.
Yeah windows supports sandboxing with uwp apps just like app images or flat packs. Windows has app stores just like Linux distros.
The open source nature of linux doesn't automatically make Linux more secure. It is possible to have security through obscurity after all. Open source also makes it easier to find vulnerabilities not just fix them.
And the windows source code isn't that secret. Lots of windows developers have leaked it. My professor in college told me he had a copy.
Most of the Linux contributions come from big companies including Microsoft. Just patching stuff for their own use cases.
I don't use windows and all my PCs run Linux but most of this post is BS.
It is amazing that universities that lack the intellectual capability to answer basic questions like "What is a woman?" are at the top of this list.

University rankings are political and not based in any real logical criteria like learning outcomes as far as I'm aware.
My largest promotions came from quitting or trying to quit. Quadrupled salary from 8 years ago by applying to jobs basically the whole time.
