I have started with free diving 🤿
Took a course with a master able to dive over 100M deep.
My static dive = only lying on the water 💧 took 4m 33s without breath which i thought was impossible before in my case.
Air is not a problem. It is much more difficult to balance pressure with depth.
Apple Watch screen shot shows my last dive into 8M for 3m17s.
Now heading for deeper goal like 15M and hopefully 25M. But that would be enough for me already. Sufficient depth to enjoy life under the sea 🌊
