If all Americans suddenly got healthy and not as sick, chronic diseases disappear overnight how many jobs would be lost in the USA? How many people are employed for sick care? There’s a lot of people who don’t follow mainstream media who think they are thinking independently but are actually just spewing the same takes and facts their favorite influencers to listen to are feeding them. Agreed on the sugar points but the inability to process sugar is not only due to quantity but poor omega 6 omega 3 ratios alternating electron transport chain in the mitochondria and resulting in metabolic dysfunction
Yes definitely massive increase in sugar consumption that is certainly not beneficial for human health. However I believe inability to process sugar is a symptom of a metabolic problem and not in and of itself the underlying cause. Can expand on scientific basis of this if interested
