I got one when I was visiting northern California in 2018... in the middle of doing something on my phone, the alarm went off, talking about a fire and evacuations.... turned out the fire was quite far north and didn't impact me at all... other than confirming that my heart is really good and can handle the sound the alert tried to attack my heart with! 😬 they're no fun!

I married my husband 68 days after our first date, within 24 hours of first meeting him in person, on a different continent.
