On the other side, as a very new user of nostr, the feeling I’m getting from the community is that a lot of people here enjoy hating on platforms like X. They take an “all or nothing” approach. Demonizing X. Nostr is actually amazing, but that doesn’t mean anything else is the devil 😈!! Of course X is not perfect, but are you gonna tell me it was better under Jack Dorsey?

True, we’re not stuck with one app, that’s awesome. Me too, I have to use 3 for different things. The only thing that doesn’t get carried on to another app is the wallet. But I guess that will get fixed later.

It seems like the simple “install this browser extension” user experience is replaced with a more complicated flow that requires running nodes?
Was this a regulatory change forced on them?
I don’t think I want to pay 21,000 sats a month because I barely used it, last time I logged in to it was 1 year ago.
Is there no way to do pay as you go 😅
They don’t have an ios app, so is a No for me.

I wonder how we can also find ways to include definitions of terms that, although fairly common, may still be unknown to some users (i.e., metadata). 
Nostur is great but the UI needs work, so far it has the best functionality, the 2 column view needs to be optional. I’m using 3 clients at the same time, I guess it’s still early for one to have it all.
