Fomo will do for now eh. I’m sure you’ll find a way to trigger that lightbulb moment. I only really talk to close friends about it. I’m able to talk about it in general but not very good at targeted orange pilling.
It makes it all the sweeter when it eventually does work though. Stick with it frustration is part of it!
Should I start learning bitcoin dev to start contributing? Or lightning ? What’s needed more in the space
I work for a fintech company that provides trading software for banks and also I buy bitcoin behind the scenes because I don’t trust the system. I feel fairly well hedged in terms of market conditions but for as a software engineer I’m worried more senior people will take my job as senior devs with AI doing the junior work as me.

I gave a video from “bitcoin university” and “What Bitcoin did” beginner series. Any others ? Needs to be as easy an on-ramp as possible
Will be interesting to see the world when bitcoiners are rich and have more economic influence. Being able to support and empower people and projects they like. Hopefully can stay humble
Orange pilled a friend. He has work to do still as most of us do but I think he saw my enthusiasm and knew there was something special there so he stacked a sizeable chunk. Feels good
Also realised I’ll never actually sell the bitcoin I’ve accumulated for fiat ever. Just buy goods and services and donate to charity if it’s successful. Nothing changes if it goes to 0 😂
It’s mentally freeing as a young person to have somewhere to save wealth without worrying about it inflating away. Having the long time horizon is great. I started looking into stocks but tbh after my day job and side job I’m too tired to research.
Never know whether to go public about being a Bitcoiner or not. Obviously will teach my family and close friends but do I really want to argue with every random person who read one article and now knows everything..
