Spirituality goals for 2024 are challenging. I'm not necessarily religious, but I do think there spiritual related aspects that I can give continued consideration to.

For example, I want to be more consistent on periods of reflectivity. Whether that's daily or weekly or hourly or whatever I'm uncertain, but recording these thoughts and decisions into a journal may be beneficial. Subjectively, I'd like to be more tolerant, compassionate of others actions and decisions, forgiving where appropriate and likewise ownig up to mistakes and asking forgiveness where warranted.

Good thing is that I've got some unused journals I can use for this already.
