I think that is how many pubkeys are following you, but many of them are bots from some of the spam waves we had.

Did you marry the milk?

Controversial point, but your first paragraph is not correct.

White slave traders purchased the slaves and shipped them across the Atlantic.

But someone else was enslaving people and selling them, and that activity still goes on today and in much greater numbers than the 1700’s.

There are 40 million people in slavery today.

Below is a picture of a Libyan slave auction in 2017, where men were sold for $400 each.

Sometimes you fail because of external reasons too.

Self inquiry is important, especially for your first few dozen big failures as an adult, but sometimes it’s actually smart to fold.

Could you have failed faster and cheaper?

Are you getting better at this?

Printing into this is definitively gonna cause inflation.

I once did a postgrad module, can’t remember which one it was, that covered learned helplessness and there were countless examples of people who died because of learned helplessness.

It was staggering.

eg, oh look, lazy John hasn’t closed the ferry door, he’s such an idiot! Now when the ferry sails from port water will flood in and the boat might sink….

It varies by culture, but often interventions are actually rare and helplessness is the norm, around the world most people just go along with any authority and proceed to their death.

In some cultures, individual healthcare decisions are nothing to do with medical data but are instead a cornerstone of people’s social identity.

So depending on your social loyalties to certain groups (cough, political parties, cough) you might be 10x more likely to die of certain cancers.

These places typically hve life expectancies that are 5+ years below international norms, and everyone there just accepts it / or actually thinks they are ahead!?

What’s the agenda for nostrica?

Might be unhealthy for them, but they can’t really tell you what’s unhealthy for you.

No two people have the same state of health.

Generic healthcare advice will be one of the first casualties of AI.

People who have strong opinions about other people’s meds… cute!

I realise this is probably offensive to folk in the Americas where all health science is both generically applicable to all and also highly political.
