I'm the father of two lovely daughters🥰, a New Yorker, a pre-COVID hodler, and an army vet who loves cooking, hunting, guns, and homebrewing. I'm also extremely anti-war and extremely pro-bitcoin. https://habla.news/laeserin/3e693b64 MedSchlr https://geyser.fund/project/medschlr GitCitadel https://geyser.fund/project/gitcitadel

Well, I was in the same situation for a long time. At first, I thought my career was with the army, then I thought it was with corporations, then after a while I realized that it was just trying to be the best father I can be. It takes a long time to realize what your life's goal is and it's always going to be hard to reach even the smallest level of personal progression and happiness when you're constantly strapped down by corporate incentives that prohibit anything related. Tough it out🫡🫂. Don't let them formulate your goals, create your career path, or choose where you head next. Collect whatever skills you need from them and move on. Find your passions. They change over time, as well.

What's your reasoning?

Are you sure you'll enjoy corporate life?

Why can't they...

Lol

I saw this little guy on my deck and he must've stared at me for nearly five minutes.

Now I'm starting to believe he was thinking "You are living in MY house."

😅👀just picked some apples from my garden... but WOW this one turned out monstrous! #gardening #foodstr

I'm far more cautious than I used to be. Therefore, I no longer talk about it when there are too many strangers–and even friendly acquaintances–around. What's to say that they won't, one day, try and break into my house and hurt my family or something to get their dirty hands on my stack? So, I basically only talk about it with family and close friends. When I first started stacking, I didn't care as much because I didn't expect it would undergo such a parabolic price increase or begin to have such a large impact on our society, as a whole. Although, I still get dirty looks from some people I know every now and then; mainly people who I told about Bitcoin during the pre-COVID era. Which I believe justifies my reasoning for being so cautious nowadays.

I will, eventually. I'm trying to understand what Gitcitadel is working on. That's been my focus for a while now. I'm still looking around for other communities to follow, though.

So, it's my first time brewing a hoppy beer and I've decided to go with cascade and mosaic hops, munich malt, granny smith apples, and pineapple for my new experiment. Does anyone have any suggestions for yeast, though? #Brewing #homebrewing #asknostr

For the most part. The past week has been pretty stressful but things are bouncing back to normal again. How was your weekend?

Do you have a backup generator? Also, when do you expect to get hit by it?
