I create Fediverse software that empowers people online. I'm vegan btw. Note: If you have a question for me, please tag me publicly. This gives the opportunity for others to chime in, and bystanders to learn.

Is there an open source alternative to Atlassian Statuspage that I don't have to self-host?

It's a different protocol. The point is that admins can't ban you from the entire network.

I'm looking through logs and not seeing any issue. Is the problem happening on your own server, in a way you could run `journalctl -u pleroma | grep mostr`?

It's working on my end, new posts are coming through.

I know. We are waiting 24 hours to see if this will be called: https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/blob/main/app/models/account.rb#L215-L217

It should be. Then the problem would fix itself.

No because there is a new issue I introduced yesterday. The other issue was happening before that.

Sir this is a Wendy's.

If there is literally anyone who uses Mastodon and wants to talk to people on Nostr, make yourself known.

Should I just fix the Nostr usernames and then break compatibility with Mastodon?

YouTube autoplay is crazy. One minute a Russian woman is screaming "I'm a sad bitch, I'm a sad bitch" and the next moment Careless Whisper by George Michael is playing. Maybe that says more about me.

Biden gave a lukewarm, bare-minimum presidential speech and the soyjaks on Reddit are eating it up.

I nuked all the RSA actor keys on mostr.pub and made them all use a shared pem key: https://gitlab.com/soapbox-pub/mostr/-/merge_requests/103

There may be intermittent federation issues while servers fetch the updated actor for these users.

But guess what, the performance is 10x
