You need to build roots ASAP.
If you have bitcoin, you have anti-fragility in money, but you need the anti-fragility that comes with community if you're hoping to be around with bitcoin to spend in 10 years.
Portugal, Spain, and others have halted their golden (investment based) visa programs. If you're expecting to take your bitcoin stack and weather the coming fiat collapse in a foreign country, think again. Even if you can safely get to one of these countries, you're unlikely to be accepted by the locals as trust, even between long time aquaintences, will be very low during a societal collapse.
I'm not saying don't relocate to maximize freedom. I have experience doing just that that I'm happy to discuss. However when building roots, the advice for the best time plant a tree applies.
