Six years ago my friend Greg planted Pinot Noir at his property in the Yarra Valley. In March we picked the first fruit from the young vines. Today we bottled the wine I made for him over the course of 2025 😎 We always joke that the grower actually makes the wine, and the winemaker merely guides it from the vineyard, to the fermenters, to the barrels, to the tanks and ultimately to the bottle. We both understand that wine in glass is definitive proof of work and it’s work worth doing ❤️ And I managed to orange pill him along the way and now he and his kids own Bitcoin…

G’day, my name is Hano and I’m new here. 54 years going around the sun, allegedly, and I bump into Bitcoin. Orange pilled by @87 to whom I’ll be eternally grateful. He walked into our little bakery and asked if I accepted Bitcoin. I said no. He asked, “Do you want to”? I said yes. He bought a bottle of wine in Sats and I watched that Wallet for months. For over a year. Read deeply, listened to podcasts, pondered the finance tested and popped out a lunatic, full tilt Bitcoiner. Twelve months in, stacking solidly, our bakery and winery heading into a Bitcoin standard. Full of hope. Life is good.
