Any technical solution that is supposed to block teenagers from anything is not going to work very well, because you are facing an opponent that:

* is smarter than you,

* is very dedicated,

* has a lot of free time,

* has an extensive network of friends,

* faces no serious consequences if caught,

* outnumbers you,

* considers you an immoral crook.

You really, *really* want to have them on your side. That means education rather than control.

I think that #python remained a useful language for unexpectedly long time because it manage to fly under the radar. The management of companies that used python didn't know they are using python – it was purely the choice of the engineers, and they didn't run their mouths. But it couldn't last forever.

The only way around it is to force everyone to learn the same skills and knowledge – that's what the public education system is attempting to do, with mixed results. And you can only do it to some degree.

I need a "My other computer has 64kB of RAM" sticker for my laptop.
