My distilled favorite: water and green tea in the morning. Whenever I get hungry (usually around 11)I have basic muesli with yogurt and fruits, different seeds and honey. Doesn‘t get old, enjoying it every single day

Got rid of caffein a few months ago. Was a big struggle but really worth it. Total game changer for me!
