I often engage the hate speech and ask them questions that might make them see where fixed views and beliefs about groups of people is unhelpful. There was a guy last week talking about eliminating the Jews as a solution because "they run the banks. "
I'll share a link to what I said in case you find it helpful in engaging hate speech.
Had to go to your profile lol!
I've been trying to zap you back but my zaps aren't working right now. Thank you so much for valuing what I have to share though. I'll be sure to get one of your fire posts!
It's full of kindness and mutual wellbeing. Most People just see things the way they want to or the way their mind has been trained to.
That's just the way it is🎶

Yea I have a hard time picking a favorite too. I think spirited away may be mine though. Although my sister's husband assured me that I will prolly like tales from earthsea the midst when I see it.

In order to master the mind there is really only one essential skill. That is developing the ability to witness the mechanations of mind without resistance or attachment to thought, feeling, perception, and phenomena.
You don't need to sit and meditate to develop this skill but it can be helpful. Witnessing in a detached way, you no longer create an "I story" around thought, feeling, perception, or phenomena. Whatever is being done, 24 hours a day is the practice.
Mastering your mind is proof of work.

You're a brave man, that wind chill coming down the mountain would probably freeze my face off! Must have some really good gear to work up a sweat but IDK. I've lived here my whole life and never done snowboarding or skiing lol.
