Yin and Yang are not opposites but the perfect harmony between two.

Opposition would appear in a constant never ending straight line not a perfectly rounded closed loop that is in constant motion throughout time.

The relation to each other is commitment and the similarities or oppositions are irrelevant.

Just that they are not the same entity and see the importance of intuitively protecting and picking up where their partners falters.

We were never meant to be alone, each of us is very different with different needs some require partners more similar and other more different.

You don't find them by reading a book or following what others are doing.

Looking outside of yourself for how to find your Yang will lead you astray.

Look within, follow your hearts path with integrity and truth consistently staying true to your morals and stay still in your mind so you can be receptive enough to step out of your way and you will find each other 🫶🏼

One step at a time

Most animals go through their lives expecting each day to come one day at a time

Never dwelling on a future that hasn't come yet, or a past that's been past by.

Do animals really have it easier?

Even though they lack access to electricity, clean running water a regular food source and more?

No cooked food, no Thai food or pizza 🍕

No hot showers or bubble baths

No showers or clean cold water ever

We live lives blessed by abundance

Then forget all the blessings because we worry about a future that has yet to come

Dreading a past that has been long gone

Forfeiting the few present moments we could be doing anything in

Anything our hearts desire

Including making love to the one we love or enjoying a moment of silence while holding our children

We never know how much more time we have in this life

It's ok to believe in the unknown

To explore what our hearts pull us towards and to avoid what we are drawn away from
