Anyone have good recommendations for cloud storage providers*? Preferably not self-hosted but backupable, encrypted, with some sort of rights management, and ideally hosted in the EU?

Edit: We're looking to replace something like Dropbox or iCloud drive, so something robust that's seamlessly integrated into the OS. An S3 API is not enough here.
