Most think NYC was the largest. I’m not Sicilian but love the food and family aspect of the culture. A great movie about New Orleans Sicilian culture is the old classic The Rose Tattoo. It’s based on Tennessee Williams play by the same name.

I lived in New Orleans, which was the largest port of immigration in the US for Sicilians. The culture remains strong and food and delis are excellent.
