7 steps to adopting a Proper Human Diet

1. stop all added sugar & most natural sugars

2. stop all grains & beans

3. stop all veg. seed oils

4. fill at least half of plate with meat, seafood, eggs

5. eat until full

6. stop snacking between meals

7. avoid buying food with more than 5 ingredients.

Off of X for a couple of weeks now and I think it'll be for good. I much prefer the pull aspect of content consumption vs the push. Besides that, it's extreme noticeable when you don't have algos farming you and feeding you sludge disguised as 'your interests'.
