Does this mean you'll be joining amethyst/onyx?

Working on running a lightning node on my ronin dojo, but hit a wall with CLN's docker container. Anyone have experience running a CLN or Eclair on a rockpra64 with raspbian?

I got this from a local artist today. What do you see?

I wonder at what point nostr posts about nostr itself will be in the minority, and most posts will be normal social media stuff

Is there a "dead profile" watermark that can be added to my pfp when NIP26 is done and I need to rotate out of my ccurent profile? Any ideas on what it could be if not?

When self-custodied zaps? I tried to zap you for this lol

the thrifting continues

I should've taken a before picture, this was a total mess

Do you plan to keep this up to date with the upstream, or eventually making a PR that adds this option to Amethyst? I'll need to move back to amethyst if it gets NIP26 and this doesn't.

Very nice, installed at moved to home screen to try out, so far so good

I'm not thrilled about having to install this over amethyst-peaceful, so I might try forking to add a toggle. Idk how to do this, but it's worth a shot.

What's the reasoning on removing ToS? I'm putting together ideas of what I want to carry into my fork.

nostr:npub1t0nyg64g5vwprva52wlcmt7fkdr07v5dr7s35raq9g0xgc0k4xcsedjgqv it sounds like if your PR introduced a toggle for your changes (rather than an alternative set of defaults) it would get more consideration

$10 for a really nice oil painting, the first art in my house, gonna figure out how to hang it later lol

Disabling filters seems like one single reasonable toggle to give users though. Would you be open to merging a PR into amethyst?

I disagree with the forking idea to some extent because there could be multiple forks that add optionality I would want, but if they are each forking off the current base, I would have to choose which option I want as a user with no choice to include many without putting my dev hat on and compiling my own APK.

I think this should be treated more like soft forks in bitcoin that get activated (merged upstream in this case) if most people want them, especially when they can be buried in settings, so users still get your opinionated defaults.

How many bitcoiners live like this

I've been in this house nearly a year and this is my first table that isnt a plastic picnic table, chairs TBD

I've found a ton of high quality, presumably American made furniture for cheap. I've held off on buying furniture in favor of stacking sats until now, because most furniture in stores is overpriced fiber board junk.

flea markets are my new favorite places

I'll continue to be a NIP26 maxi until convinced otherwise. I understand that it was intended to be optional for clients, but it's extremely useful for people with large followings and lots of influence to protect their private keys using an airgapped signing model, without the shitty UX of manually signing every zap, like, boost, etc. NIP26 is done on nostr:npub1s0vtkgej33n7ec4d7ycxmwt78up8hpfa30d0yfksrshq7t82mchqynpq6j passport, and working with nostr:npub1w4uswmv6lu9yel005l3qgheysmr7tk9uvwluddznju3nuxalevvs2d0jr5 to get it working on Amethyst. If it becomes necessary for clients to implement it to make sense of the network, I think it would be for the best, because it gives you much more control of your private key, and allows nostr users to be more secure.

gonna trying using nostr as my main social network, the low time preference of twitter sucks
