I wrote the piece and shared it, inspired from my walk on the beach today.

It is basically talking about trying to regain lost time, using the hourglass as the measure for time, sand falling through the hourglass.⏳️

I walk the shore

looking for more

sand to fill the glass of time,

wishing that the years spent waiting

on the perfect time to start living for me,

would come back to me.

The collards will regrow if the stems were mature enough, at least in the Caribbean they do. The larvae looks similar to monarch butterfly larvae but I know it isn't. The larval stage is easiest to control, either pick off the worms or spray using some type of organic pesticide.
