I havent posted to nostr in six months and I havent been reading it either. Mastodon has a lot more uptake and I'm not sure why. Web gateways like iris.to go a long way to making nostr walk and talk like a regular webapp.
Its wonderful to see mastodon and activitypub grow, but for me it always comes back to the fundamental flaw of the instance owner is the sole possessor of your private key. Also your public identifier is tied to DNS. Okay two fatal flaws. I hope activitypub fixes this.
