After trying out Meta Quest for a while, my conclusion is that it’s good for single position entertainment of which you can only do it for so long until eyes start to hurt or lens start to fog.
For workouts, unless you have an empty studio or gym; don’t bother. You can’t use it outdoors or anywhere with sunlight and you need a really spacious and empty room else you run the risk of serious injury. It’s a gaming console and not an activity substitute.
Meta is on the right track but any VR headset you can’t use outdoors defeats so much of its purpose. Essentially you have to have a completely empty spacious room in order to use it. I say trash but good start.
