I was thinking about #nostr and stumbled upen the question that Why did we get #nostr now and not before 5 years ago or 10 years ago? What was the innovation that was stopping #nostr protocol to be developed, was it some cryptography thing or development in computer science or any other protocol?

As I have heard from nostr:npub1dergggklka99wwrs92yz8wdjs952h2ux2ha2ed598ngwu9w7a6fsh9xzpc , What will happen first? Will #Bitcoin miners become energy providers or Energy providers become #Bitcoin miners?
I think both scenarios will play out together. When #btc price is low and hash rate is high, it will incentivise miner to turn off their few machines and sell their excess energy to the grid. They can turn it on whenever the Bitcoin network incentives to.
And for the energy producer, in certain circumstances e.g. summer time in cooler countries or Winter times in tropical countries, when energy demand is too low, they can channelise the energy to mine some #btc.
This is win-win for both.

It will bring GOOD people to the government who wants to do good for a society. As #Bitcoin becomes more mainstream, people in the govt will loose power of the money printing and it will automatically discourage dishonest people. Bureaucracy won’t encourage dishonest behaviour anymore in the #Bitcoin standard, good behaviour will be awarded and bad ones will be punished badly by the system.
