Back when I was a kid, there was lots of black media. And a lot of it was really good. Like, you got the Wayans brothers, fresh prince of bel-air, there was that MC Hammer cartoon, there's a whole bunch of black comedians who got through movies.

Satellite ended up being not too bad to self-host. I'll have to see how it runs on more locked down networks, because nostr apps on Android dont work well in such situations.
