Guess what my nephew is doing?
He was the Final Cut on the hockey team this year as a HS Junior. He’s very good. The team was stacked though & only needed a few spots. They are the top team in the state. Timing was bad.
He’s:
1. Hanging his head, crying.
2. Moping, Feeling bad for himself
3. Hitting the gym to add some size, working with a former Pro weekly on his skills & speed, working in silence towards his goals next year because that’s what champions do.
Men should always be thankful for the challenges in life. That’s when they are truly born.
He will be a captain next year, I guarantee it. I can see the future. Kids will follow his leadership.
