Sounds like something used on people who refuse to be assimilated by the orb!
#Bitcoin ’s value proposition is not its transaction speeds or even the cost of transacting.
The value proposition is digital money that you can self-custody, that is immutable, limited in supply, with a transaction network that does not require permission to use.
Not me; a Bitcoin user for over 10 years and I like having a bit of XMR in my bag. It’s rare to meet a pure maxi IRL, even though they seem so prominent on social media.
Apple are so lame, forcing Damus to remove zaps from posts. It’s the main reason I’ll be buying a non-apple phone pretty soon, smh. Very disappointing, @ Apple.
Me too, it’s just the world we live in guess 🤷🏻♂️ Although I do believe protocols replace corporations and other centralised power structures as a trend, in the long run.
I’m fairly new to Nostr protocol so happy to be corrected if this is a bad take because I’ve misunderstood something.
#Nostr and Twitter can co-exist. Their features are different enough to serve different needs.
#Nostr posts possess more value since they can’t be deleted/edited at will or universally censored.
#Twitter is more flexible with deleting and editing, making it better suited for corporate use or other content.
Horse, because I may have eaten it in the past anyway without knowing it 🤢 https://nostr.build/i/9398fb9f13d9e2a7757d88b7fd05b1cf27acbf83f71e5c29ce389fb3a3c2d726.webp
Man asks you how Bitcoin works, but refuses to let you show him. Smh
Maybe have two phones in that case, so you can let him use yours and therefore he is not actually receiving it.
Scammers be scamming. Careful out there people.
I suspected early on that the likely goal is to send me a pdf or malicious link.
(This was a WhatsApp message from a U.K. mobile number I do not recognise. Coming from a WhatsApp business account.)
I’m thinking they’re either targeting me because I’m into crypto, or broader scam to steal peoples personal/financial data. What do you think?
I probably should have lead them on more to find out, but couldn’t be bothered. Wasn’t planning to turn it into a #Nostr thread!

We have immensely better tools to self-organise, en masse, than the tools available when most of our traditional government structures were formed.
It seems to me, it is only a matter of time before traditional national/global governance structures are disrupted by those utilising technological solutions available today.
