People become corrupted when they lie to themselves and others. It you have the presence of mind to catch your lies you can start to turn the world around.

The more we lie and the less we catch ourselves the more we turn the world into "Hell".

In order to catch the lie and have that presence of mind we must do internal work in the Jungian sense in order to know ourselves well enough to catch us in the act of lying.

First put yourself together and then go forth and change the world starting small with your own family, relationships, job, community and then wider society. If you start the other way around you end up in the place of the Woke Political left. Scared people freaking out about the world (inequality, pronouns, climate change etc). While they have correctly identified the problem(s) they have incorrectly landed on a solution.

A good example is in the #bitcoin community. I saw someone on Twitter saying inheritance tax needs to be larger but if they had first looked internally and understood they were being lied to about inflation and fiat money system then they would not have landed on 'tax more' as the solution to inequality. They would have landed on 'promote hard assets' instead. And #btc is the king of hard assets as it is backed by decentralized node operators and physics in its energy backed creation of Bitcoin 'monetary tokens'. When we tell the truth about money we can end up in a world where prices decrease ie deflation

Cliche but true - "hard times make great (wo)men". The difficult things in our lives, viewed correctly, are catalyst for our improvement. I'll relate this back to BTC lower in this post.

In this video Dr. Jordan Petersen outlines how after being cancelled multiple times he found that telling the truth eventually got him out of 'trouble' as he noticed that the tides turned the more he spoke the truth (took about a month he says) and the more this was viewed by people. People are attracted to those who are genuinely telling the truth about the world as they see it.

An example of this is the Bitcoin community and how it speaks out against the corruption of the Central Bank, Fractional Reserve Banking, backed by nothing fiat money system we all inhabit to varying degrees. Bitcoin people tell the truth about the monetary system generally in that Fiat money is leading us to serfdom and most aren't even aware of it. These conditions are catalyst for us to do more and speak more. Nostr is the way forward for many of us to communicate and grow this community and share the hard money message. LFG!

Cant sleep? Have chronic pain? These could be signs of too much stress. Here are simple ways to reduce stress with ideas to help you develop a pre-sleep routine. A better nights sleep will massively improve your stress levels so let's start there but you could also look into diet and exercise. See link below for more on those other aspects.

** Try all of them and see what fits or simply choose what ones seem most relevant for you. **

Stick to a routine before you sleep. This will be grounding and calming to the nervous system and will prepare your body and mind for sleeping.

Going to bed at the same time can help support the circadian rhythm and waking at the same time will allow your routine to stay in place. Your body will get used to the routine.

2 hours prior to sleep start the below routine.

1. Give yourself a massage with a simple massage ball against a wall or on a yoga mat. This can release a lot of tension stored in your body prior to sleep.

If you like you can also add some massage oil that is calming for the nervous system.

2. Choose one of the below to do for 30-60 minutes before you sleep:

- Meditate (if its difficult just come back once youve noticed youve wandered off mentally).

- Deep breathing (breath in more than you breath out 50-100 times) to oxygenate your body.

- Make sure you aren’t overstimulating yourself with stimulants (coffee sugar certain kinds of tea etc) and activities or tasks on your devices. This will be harder if youve had alcohol or junk food for dinner. Eat something neutral in PH like vegetables and rice perhaps 3 hours before bed time.

3. Make yourself a calming tea like chamomile and get into bed. If you are still full of beans at this point and cant sleep then you are still overstimulated and you could read a physical book (definitely not on a screen) prior to falling asleep.

4. If you still cant sleep then go back to meditation or chanting and do it for an hour this time.

How to connect to spiritual concepts?

First we must learn to quiet and clean up the mind. We can use Sanskrit mantras (from The Rig Veda as old as 20,000 years according to some modern scholars) to do this.

A mantra is a few phrases that we repeat to ourselves over and over again for perhaps 30 minutes. It can replace a meditation routine also or compliment it.

The Sanskrit Language in particular was made up of sounds which actually are in tune with your body and mind. Hence the sounds in the language and the Mantra below are specifically designed in order to effect the brain via sound. This is the secret of a mantra in general. It is the literal sound of the words which effect the change. The same as sound can effect physical particles like sand and shape it into various patterns. The sound of a Mantra can effect positively the brain to clean it up from trauma and fine tune.

You can chant along with the "Gaytri Mantra" to do so. This is overlooked in modern Indian Society sometimes but is a very old and very effective Mantra. It is used to clean trauma from the mind and make our minds more fine tuned.

What's your daily routine like?

I'd like to share a template for a routine I like. It's called 'Connect and Navigate'. It's flexible and simple.

CONNECT: First thing after waking up (and I do mean FIRST thing) stretch, meditate and or chant. This could include any other spiritual or religious practice also. Insert whatever method you use to connect to 'the divine'. Take as long or as little as you can BUT do it. It's foundational and eventually you will feel 'off' if you miss a day in future.

NAVIGATE: Navigation is all the day to day practical things you need to do to have your waking life run as you'd like it. These are not meta physical or spiritual but more working, relationships, tasks, what you eat, what you think about, who you give time to etc etc.

While not new it's a nice way to frame your day at a high level. We will talk in future about methods of both Connection and Navigation to put something on this scaffolding.

NB: Sleep is also part of connection and by doing your spiritual practice just after sleeping you have not yet allowed the Ego (Default Mode Network) to kick start yet which is VERY important. Our connection practice is more effective at this time before we start to navigate. Out Navigation is more effective also as the connection grounds us and keeps us from straying mentally as well as feeling stressed and tired.
