Nostr Groups is a thing I think.... if I recall Satellite client dors groups and can comment in them... a bit like reddit. Or you mean more like Telegram style group?

That could be a cool thing people could do when they post AI art. Post the prompts that went into it.

All the while owning the content you produce in a decentralized fashion.
